Hello everyone.
Did you know that quantum computers can perform calculations that would take classical computers longer than the age of the universe? Or that artificial intelligence can help us design better quantum algorithms and devices? Or that college is not only about academics and internships, but also about management, sports, networking, and personal growth?
If you are curious about these topics and more, welcome to Anantha’s newsletter.
Who am I?
First of all, thanks for landing on this corner of the internet. I am privileged to host you and serve you some of my delicious stories and digital savories.
I’m Anantha, a physics graduate from IISER Pune and an incoming doctoral student at the University of Maryland, College Park. I’m passionate about quantum technology, artificial intelligence, and graduate school life.
What will I write about?
In this newsletter, I will share with you my insights, experiences, and tips on these fascinating fields. I will also write about some of the latest developments and trends in quantum AI research and industry. My goal is to help you learn more about these topics, whether you are a student, a researcher, a professional, or just an enthusiast.
How often will I publish?
I will publish two posts per week: one free and one paid. The free posts will cover general topics useful for undergraduates and graduates, such as (1) How to get started with internships as an undergrad? (2) How to apply to graduate school (3) How to balance research and fun. The paid posts will dive deeper into technical topics such as: (1) Quantum algorithms (2) Quantum AI models (3) Quantum hardware etc. For the first few months, I intend to keep all posts free.
How can you subscribe?
If this sounds interesting to you, please subscribe now and join me on this journey. Subscriptions to my weekly posts are always free! You will get front-row access to all my past and future posts, as well as the opportunity to comment, ask questions, and interact with me and other subscribers.
